Triple the benefit of your content

As we all know, content is king (tired of hearing this yet?!) It is hard enough these days just to keep up, let alone release multiple pieces of content a week. What if I told you that you can get 3 times the benefit from each piece of content you have? I bet you are excited, and you should be! Blog articles are just one (and the most popular) type of content, but let’s not forget things like Slideshare, YouTube, and Podcasts.

In theory it sounds pretty simple, but how simple is it? Each piece of written content you have can also be turned into a presentation, a narration video, and a podcast. The script and the “meat” of the content will not change, just the delivery method. Since every person has different tastes, you will reach a more diverse audience this way. Since you are also discussing relevant things within your niche on your branded platforms, search engines will also attribute more value to your brand.

How do you do this? Easy! You can take your written content and place it into slides on any presentation software (Powerpoint, Google Slides, etc.)  This presentation with your written content slides can be shared on sites like Slideshare or Haikudeck. After that, take your presentation and turn it into a video presentation (you can export as a video in most presentation softwares.) Upload this video to popular sites like YouTube and Vimeo. Finally, you can take your written content and transcribe it as a podcast to offer on your site or another podcast hosting site.

There you go, an easy way to stretch your content a little further. Does all of this stuff seem complicated to you and you feel like you still need some help? Why not give DirectiveGroup a call?
